I agree!! That dress is pretty much exactly what I think I want...still have a lot of searching around to do in that department but you looked BEAUTIFUL! Loved seeing your fabulous garden pictures...can't wait to see the rest!

I def think you should get what you love, it's such an important day for you! Personally I'm going to be soo nervous that I'll be sweating no matter what I wear! LOL You might want to make a decision soon because we are only 6 months away YAY!! If you are close to a sample size then you prob won't have much to worry about getting the dress in time without paying for a rush. Form when I was looking I was told the Maggie dresses take about 4 months to get here and then you need to have time for the alterations.

Thanks, yeah the time is moving fast! I'm gonna go this weekend and next and try to see some more options :-)

Sorry I haven't been on here much since my wedding, it has been hectic getting everything in order. I will tell you about my aisle runner though since it was my favorite thing.

I ordered it online without my fiance knowing, and hauled it to Mexico in a huge box with all the gift bags. He still didn't know. Well after a bunch of hassle getting it through customs (they wanted to charge me tax on my big box of stuff they thought i wanted to sell)...I finally got to the resort with it. It was a heavy weight runner, much heavier than one Lilia showed me that someone wanted to use. This one was on a roll and more of a thick net almost, not like a lacy fabric or anything. Lili went to put it out for me, and the wind blew it everywhere. They tried candles holding it down, tried pinning it to the red carpet, they tried everything. They ended up having to roll it up and only let the runner go to the bottom of the steps (i got married in the gazebo). Any further and the wind kept catching it. It turned out really neat for my pictures though because the monogram was in all my pictures then, but it was a huge pain for them to get to stay down. So I guess my advice is....if you really want it, make sure it's as heavy of a material as you can get, and be aware that on a super windy day there will be nothing that will hold it down. I will try to include a few pictures to show you what I mean.       Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
