This is what I meant when I said they ding you left and right! I will stay with the catalogue bouquet, since it is a one-day only thing, and pretty much no one cares when they look at the pics anyway. $500,I can have the cold firework or add $300 to get the fire dancer.

So it looks like the resort is sold out for parts of our stay. I don't think anyone else is going that we sent invitations to, so hopefully that won't be a problem. I have resolved myself with being sad that we have such a small group, I know it will be less hassle and worry so I am just going to go with it. Guess I don't really need to do OTT bags! lol

Hi ladies,

My fiance and I have had a very stressful week and was looking into other resorts as a result of the lack of communication from Suzanna.

I just read on here that she's gone, and I'm willing to give The Royal another chance.

Does anybody have email addresses from other US WC's? I would like to get everything in writing opped to calling them!

Oh don't feel bad. I only have 12 coming which includes my photogs! LOL.
I think it's going to be intimate, quiet and wonderful not having so many people there. My fiance and I are not party animals anyways, so the fewer numbers makes me happy. Plus, it gives you more time ot spend with your guests AND you KNOW that the people coming are folks who truly love you and want to be there!

Mine is Aja (pronounced Aisa). [email protected]
She's pretty organized and was completely fed up with my other WC when she looked at my file. We spent an HOUR on the phone clarifying and going over all the mistakes that had been made. Aja can be curt and short with you, but she's very organized and gets back to you quickly.

I agree. I would stick with Aja. She hasn't let me down, yet.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
