I'm sorry that you guys are having trouble with communication from the WCs...that is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I say keep calling until you get a response. Julie, my WC, takes about a day or two to reply back to my emails. It's usually when I email her second time. Oh well.

 

Does anyone know that they have something for kids if we have a rehearsal dinner at the Gran or The Royal? I know we have to pick from the same menu that we will use for our wedding but idon't think kids would like the food...$15 per Real guest and $30 for non resort at Gran is not bad at all especially if it includes alcohol.. i am not sure how long the dinner though.

 

I asked Julie about this but knowing her she will take a few days to get back to me.

For menus, we got a couple choices for meals when we asked, including vegetarian options, so my guess is they will having something for kids.

None of the bouquets really match my colors; do you know if they will customize your bouquet with your requested colors? Also, are there just two options for bridesmaid bouquets?

 

Oh, and same applies for wedding cake ^. Naturally I have asked these questions of Angie, but well.....you know.

Good question, cuz I had asked Susanna, my WC that question last month, and I still haven't heard back from her. She had emailed me that they've been swamped... any Royal/Gran brides, let us know if you hear ANYTHING from your WC.

Yes, they will try and do what you want for bouquets and cake as long its not over top.

Hi Lisa they will do what you like as long as it includes the flowers they offer and its not a big cacading one. I sent over images of what I wanted for flowers and cake at the time when I was going to have my reception at the royal. They confirmed they could do it no problem

I know, I know it sucks to call! but e-mail the pictures and than call to ask. It took about three weeks for me to get a response.

I finally called this morning, and recieved a call back from Suzanna who told me there must have been a misunderstanding and they did track down my booking form and credit card info. They will charge my account and she says I will have my wedding contract by tomorrow. She asked me more questions about the wedding than the person that I spoke to when I initally sent my booking form and gave my credit card number over the phone. So I finally feel much better about it, that I should be in the actual system now!!

Woo hoo! You heard back from Suzanna! Good to know she's doing SOMETHING. I guess i'll have to call tomorrow too. I'm so glad someone heard back from them today!
