HAHA thats so funny. I just tried on my dress yesterday... I cant walk very well, sit down, and dont wanna think about what I would have to do about peeing... Think I might have to ask my sister to put a cathader in haha... obviously joking on that one!

Nope, it's not at all poofy. There is a picture on my BDW blog (link below). I seriously need to make a trip an hour so it's something I really took into consideration when picking my dress. I wanted something simple so it wasn't like my entire decision was based on ease of going to the bathroom.

the last two wedding i was a BM in, i was the designated dress holder when the bride had to pee --- mostly because i had known them the longest of all the other BMs :) one of them is my matron of honor, so she already told me she would hold my dress for me when i pee, and abbie my dress is similar in poofy-ness to yours :)

I love your dress, perfect for a destination wedding and lots of toilet trips lol!

I'd never even thought about this issue when i was dress shopping, doh.gif (i obiviously wasn't the chosen one to help when i was a bridesmaid) i just fell in love with my poofy dress. I think all wedding dresses should come with a toilet difficulty ranking!

This thread makes me laugh. In the movie 27 dresses there is a scene where Katherine Heigel is in the bathroom with the bride holding her dress up while she pees. Right then I was like OMG, how do you pee? My friend leaned over and said, "Yup, that is that the maid of honor has to do." I just never thought about it. LOL!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
