Thanks for all of that info! That was a really great review and super helpful. I have just decided to get married there in August!

Your pictures are beautiful and you had great welcome and bridemaid gift ideas. I may have to use a couple of them:)shots.gif

First of all congratulations !! Thank you so much for you fantastic reveiw, It all sounds so wonderful ! Sorry to bombard you with questions but I know all us girlies really appreciate it!

 

How many hours did you hire the DJ for all together ? Was it from the begining of your dinner (for back ground music) or after you had eaten ? did you organise any back ground music your self for during you meal?

You mention that you are having the ultimate package and so am I. Are you sticking with the photographer and videographer that is in the package ?

Gorgeous wedding!!! Your flowers are so beautiful. Are they the standard ones that came with the package or did you have to pay extra?

 

Where did you get the bouquet starfish jewel btw?

 

Did you pay for those centerpieces or did they come free with the setup?

hey jodey we are def using the videographer that comes wth the package we are still up in the air about photographer the fi had a friend back here that was going to come down and do it for us only for the cost of his trip but he cant now so we are kinda back to square 1. Photos are really important to us but we just dont have a hugh budget for them. Claudia showed us alot of pics from jaun navaro wh is the guy that comes with the package and they are really not bad, but they are def not DEL SOL which is who we really want i think we might try and swing their associate vincent but still not sure cause if we did it would end up costing us more than the wedding itself arrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!

For photography have you girls checked out that Kristie girl from AZ that is on here? She is really good her website is www.photographybykristie.com another pretty good one is Vanessa Vargas Vanessa Vargas Photography

 

Check them out. They will both try and work with you. I have dealt with both of them and they are both great with returning emails and customizing packages for your needs.

wow kat81 Kristie's website is great i love her style and so does my fi he loves that she takes alot of pics with tats cause he has alot! well here i go agai ngetting my hope up but she will prob not be free for our date but cross those fingers for me!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
