I sent out mine late March. You should send them out. I have one freakin guest who says she is going...not booked yet. Oh well. Once May passes Im not considering anymore guest.

I get my teeth deep cleaned on Saturday. My teeth are so dirty!

I got my major BD outfits today and created the outline of a very basic black and white book on snapfish. FI doesnt know but he is bringing the rest of the outfits with him from the States this weekend. I had VS shipped to his grandmas house wink.gif ... and his b-day gift (july21) that I want him to wear on the wedding (july 30)
I need to lose 5 more lbs before the BD photoshoot in May. Wish me luck girls!

I mailed mine out in March with a May 1st deadline. My wedding is July 4th. We have a huge guest list, so depending on the # of guest we may be able to add stuff we've been holding off on (or take away).

Oops, I really need to delete the count in my siggy. Those were responses from my STD's I sent out last year.

We have about 90 people booked, I believe. I'm not sure. Since we don't have a room block and our reception is at a non-AI which doesn't require guests to stay there, we haven't really kept track of who has booked.

I honestly think we will get anywhere between 125-150. But we'll have to wait until May to get the final count.

Oh, gosh guys I feel super behind! You guys sent out your invites eons ago! Well the good thing is I already do have my invites so I guess I'

ll sent them out STAT. I have the RSVPs made though with a reply of a June 14th date (the wedding being July 5th). Gah!!! I think I pretty much know who is going (by word of mouth) and some people are already booking because I sent out save the dates.

best way to lost 5 lbs fast... eat 5-6 small meals a day, and LOTS of cardio! You will see it slide of like that ::snapping fingers::!

 

And I know this is a silly question but I have yet to figure out how to post pictures on this website... can anyone tell me?

we arent technically sending out invites for our july civil ceremony, just to our parents and officiant (who we all already obviously know will be there). for our aug 9th DW, we are sending invitations out the first week of May, I have all the stuff I need, but need to start addressing envelopes this weekend and putting stamps on them to get ready to go!

Yikes girls - I don't know where I have been lately...because I didn't find this thread until today!!! I'm July 31st...so here goes my list:

 

1. Schedule fitting for dress (it almost fits perfectly...but I want it to fit perfectly perfect...)

2. Find outfit for FH, and GM (& shoes)

3. Gifts for GM and BMs

4. Gift for FH

5. Find bags for OOT and a few more items to fill them up with :)

6. Order fans

7. Make programs

8. Makeup trial, purchase makeup

9. Order stuff for luggage tags and pre-trip newsletter

10. Welcome letters

11. Details for sunset cruise, day trips

12. Sand ceremony? Hand ceremony? Decide which one, get supplies.

13. Get wedding bands

14. Get info on marriage license (we'll get legally married here, before the trip)

oooh...now that I sit and make a list, it is LONG!!!

So, we are expecting about 38 people so far....how long do you think I should wait for everyone to book their trips? Most people have booked already...however there are a few people (a few friends and my brother) that say they are going to come, but haven't booked yet. I want to be respectful of the fact that it isn't a cheap trip, but at the same time, I want everyone to be booked so I know for sure what my numbers are and when everyone will be there...any thoughts on this?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
