Did you ever figure out how to get clipart or whatever that looks like the white aisle graphics? You could add something like that to the top part that shows out of the pocket??

Good for you! I feel strangely fine also, although, I have quite a bit more to do. Maybe I should be worried but I just am not.

yeah lately i feel like i hardly have anything to do, and the few things that are left are being taken care by my FMIL and my FSIL. my BM (who is really my MOH, shes the one picking up all my sister's slack) is designing my shower invites and showed me a proof today, which i loved, and shes making them tomorrow, and then shipping them to me so i can have one of the shower hostesses address the envelopes and send them. i feel like its mostly smooth sailing right now! and i just got a call today from the dress shop, BOTH my civil ceremony dress and my big dress are here as of today!!! i have to make an appointment to go saturday to go try them on smile29.gif

the only big stuff i have left to do is BM gifts, OOT bags, and get some cute clothes for vacation! i got a lands end catalog in the mail and i am thinking about ordering a few coverups because theyre so cheap, and jose told me i should order a tote bag monogrammed "Mrs. H" haha i think id be too tempted to use it now!

I feel fine too... its really strange!!!

I got the cheap o frame from Jean M, I just noticed that target sells it.

Click the image to open in full size.

Its not worth 12 bucks. You are better off finding a locket or tiny frame and ribbon.

Since I have nothing to do, I decided to make a guest book for my Pre Wedding Party. Im not really into scrapbooking but I found some really cute stickers.

Wow! I haven't checked this board in about a week and I feel more behind now than I did then - but I'm not exactly sure why?

Let's see here....my biggest stress was my guests.... After we sent our save the dates out, we heard that about 35-40 people were coming, but knowing our friends and family, we assumed it would actually be between 20-30 (which I am completely happy with this number of guests), with at least 4 of those guests being children under the age of 8. Well about 2 weeks ago - only 7 adults had booked (along with 2 children and 1 not-yet born infant!) so I was in a sort of panic mode whining to FI that we weren't going to have many guests and our ceremony would look "sad"... Since then 4 more adults have booked, 3 more told me they would be doing so by next week, and my sister/MOH (who has me the most worried), said her family will book their trip once they get their tax returns which they have already filed - so in all - I'm feeling much better!

So now that I have a better estimate on the number of guests - it gives me more work to do.

1) I e-mailed the hotel wedding coordinator yesterday with the guest count so she could tell me the shape, size, and number of tables they will use so I know what kind and how many centerpieces I will need.

2) We have finally decided that we will just take 2 iPod's for the reception (double up just in case!) so now we need to shop around for iPod speakers because I am not paying $130 per hour to rent something!

3) We went shopping for FIâ€s ring last night and he showed me exactly what style and size he wants so now I can shop around for that.

4) I can finally shop for OOT bags and stuff to put in them now that I know how many guests are coming (and Iâ€ve decided to give 1 per couple and each child a kidâ€s version).

There are still many other things to take care of – but Iâ€m certain it will all be done (what choice do I have)!

I canâ€t believe July is less than 3 months away now!!!! Iâ€m sure this thread will continue to grow and I canâ€t wait to read what you all have to post!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
