          Happy Thursday everyone!!

          I just got back from the gym. My trainer had me run up and down stairs, I was like WTF! I better drop some weight at the next weigh in. :)

              Way to go Yari! Stairs are a great workout. When I used to work in the office more, a group of us would climb the stairs in our building before lunch during the winter. We started out doing 4 flights and then after 2 weeks we would increase a flight each week. When it is warmer outside we go for a half hour walk.

                Wow, that is a serious workout. It is crazy how something simple as stairs can knock you on your ass.

                  Well after I looked at the photo from last week of my weight and yesterday....I didnt gain a pound afterall...stayed exactly the same. Guess i better pay attention more....still not very good but at least it wasnt a gain!!

                    For all of you that did send in your weights, I wanted to post the results. I can post an update once I get the other 8 in, but here it is so far, in case you're curious.

                    This week there is only 1 number, but the next weeks I will post both the weekly loss (or gain ) and the total. This week it's the same thing, obviously.
