That's okay, just brush it off! We can all do this. Everyday is a challenge. If we don't do well one day, then let's make a promise to ourself that we will do better tomorrow.

I know, I know so much easier said than done!

well, here's a quick rundown of my crappy weekend!

Friday, I ate good all day, we decided last minute to go out, so first we went to Uno's, I got a roasted vegetable quesadilla, not great, but I did have a lot of points left for the day and I wanted something good. I proceeded to drink about 7-8 beers, a shot of jager, a jager bomb, and 2 captain & diet cokes. Ummm yeah, lots of calories there!! Didn't eat when I got home though, lol!

Saturday, woke up early, had some stuff to do so didn't eat anything, then DH and I went out to buy a bike for Hailey. We decided to eat at chili's. I had 10-15 chips w/salsa, about a dozen or so pieces of an onion blossom, and half of a cajun chicken sandwich with lots of crap on it. But the only other thing I ate all day besides this was some tunafish and saltines and some ice cream. So, I guess it could have been a LOT worse if I had eaten normal meals in addition to my lunch.

Yesterday again, I didn't eat breakfast because we were rushing out of the house early, so I ate a lot at lunch, ham, pork, mac n cheese, squash, carrots, strawberry shortcake. But that was also my only meal yesterday, I at the rest of my ice cream from saturday last night.

So, when I think about the items I ate I feel like I did REALLY BAD!! But when I think about how I really only ate one meal each day, it doesn't seem AS bad. Still not good, not good food choices, but usually when I'm hungover, I do a lot worse.

I've been trying to stay low on carbs today and for the next couple of days, just to keep myself on track for weigh in this week. I haven't exercised in days, I've been so damn busy!

Ohhhh my goodness what a weekend. I've been doing soo well going to the gym and eating right and then BAM! Easter hits and it's chocolate galore. Yesterday though, I woke up to the FLU!!! I can't even remember the last time I was that sick. All I've had for the past 2 days is chicken soup and gatorade. NOT FUN!

Aww I hope you feel better. The only bright side I can find for you is that you may lose 7 pounds like Saraha did! And you maybe the big winner for this week. Sorry that probably isn't making you feel better but I'm trying.

I don't even want to look at the scale tomorrow. I really don't feel like I did bad aside from that frosting incident (trust me I threw it out), but I also didn't get to the gym last night. I am 100% going if it kills me tonight, although I am beyond exhausted. I need to burn off this frosting!

I don't know why but lately I feel bloated. If we are losing weight shouldn't we feel thinner? I for some reason feel fatter!

Thanks Yari! Starting to feel much better now. The good thing about the FLU is that it really does last only 24 hours most of the time.

Ahahaha. Unfortunately, my body holds on to every OUNSE of weight it can, even when I'm sick. So I definitely will not be as lucky as Sarah!

I don't blame you for the frosting incident, I've been kown to take a spoon to the nutella jar every now and then. It's a short trip to guilt city I tell ya.

well girls - I am so upset about what i just saw on the scale ... according to the scale i GAINED 6.4 lbs wtf.gif

this past week has been really stressful with all the stuff with Mabel and now the wedding location closing down, i do have my period and i have not exercised all week but 6.4 lbs - that just does NOT seem right!!! or possible - i would have to eat SO many extra calories to put on that kind of weight - i definitely had some easter chocolate but have in no way been gorging food.

seriously, i am more upset about this than the wedding location smile41.gif

according to the scale, i weigh more today than when we started this BL compeition - that is sickening sad.gif

i am really starting to believe that stress really makes you fat

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
