Ok, my scanner is being stupid so I can't post the pretty color pages from the book right now, but I will scan at work tomorrow and post so you can read the reasons behind all of them.

In the meantime, here is the list:
1) doughnuts
2) marshmallow fluff
3) colas, sodas, carbonated bevs (excluding mineral water, i.e. plain lacroix, san pellegrino etc)
4) bacon, deli meats and processed meats
5) sugar-loaded breakfast cereals
6) fruit juices and fake fruit drinks
7) junk food
cool.gif candy, candy floss, cotton candy
9) french fries (i must admit, this one is my personal downfall)
10) twinkies

Woohoo Erica that is awesome! Erica I feel like the weeks you really commit to this you do exceptionally well. That should give you motivation to do well every week. Although I admit I really don't think you need to lose weight, you look great!

Leia while I agree with Kash that you can eat everything in moderation I have to tell you that obv certain foods are going to pack on the pounds. I am only speaking for myself but if I were to eat a donut I could easily gain 2 pounds by the next day. I know that sounds crazy but it would pretty much undo 2 days work for me so to me it is totally not worth it to have it.

And Maura thanks for the list, I think I've cut almost all of those things out of my diet. That was the only way I started seeing results. I really don't crave them anymore although there are days when it is hard.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
