So really you didn't gain 4 pounds you lost 3 pounds from your total 2 weeks ago!

YAY! smile159.gif

we would never be mad! If I were in your position I wouldn't have even joined so close to the wedding because I would have been even more stressed, lol!

New week girls, keep yourselves on track!! We're halfway there!bunny_4.gif

I'm SO SORRY Ann! I really thought I e-mailed you! I'll do it as soon as I get home!

Betsy -- Who would be mad?!?!? It's so exciting that your wedding is so close!

I have decided I have to completely cut out sweets. I have no will power! I did find giving them up for Lent but now it's like 1 bite won't hurt...WRONG! and 1 bite turns into a whole cookie!

On Monday I'm getting myself a boot-camp style personal trainer. It might take me a few weeks, but I'll catch up!

After my liquid lunch & liquid dinner last night I promised myself only water until the next weigh in. I got to make some positive gains this week. On a side note though, my arms are sure feeling less flabby than they usually are LOL

Uggh I was so awful this weekend. My FMIL is stressing me out big time and I ate like 9,000 bowls of turkey chili. Not the healthiest choice! And to top if off last night I had ice cream and like a million snacks. I def gained weight from last week.

Well I surrender for this week but I'll just have to do better next week! smile124.gif

Uggh honestly to lose a significant amount of weight it involves so much discipline. The only reason why I lost so much weight last week is b/c I was a nazi. I exercised 6 days a week (1 hour of cardio per session) and was really strict about my calorie intake. And even when I watch my calories I try to eat only good calories and not bad ones. That is the only way to do it. The minute you have something yummy...BAM!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
