I lost 1.8 :)

Glenda - OMG Girl! That is SO awesome!!!!!

And for those who did not lose or gained... besides muscle weighing more than fat there's also some talk that SORE muscles are actually swollen and holding water. So drink plenty of water to flush your system and I bet next week you will "drop big numbers" (as they say on the BL).

Good Job girls! I lost 1.5 lbs but I was really sick yesterday and barely ate anything so I think it was probably that - BUT a loss is a loss right! Anyways so now I am back to the workout/eating good today and hopefully next week will be another losing week!

Glenda I'm so proud of you!! You didn't think you were doing well and look at the big loss you had, that's fantastic!

Okay, don't be mad at me and don't forget I have more to lose than the majority of you do, but I lost 10 pounds. I emailed my picture off to Ann this afternoon.

I'm sure the majority of that is water and all the crap I ate the week before we started. I did start a new job last week too where I'm constantly standing, walking, lifting, etc... and worked out 4 times, I think. I also stuck to my WW points like never before. I had no alcohol and didn't go over on points.

I wish I could lose this much every week! I just hope that next week I don't end up gaining some of this 10 back, if its mostly water, kwim?

Everyone is doing a great job, stick with it and we will all see results.

Okay I am happy to report that I lost 6.5 pounds this week! I don't know how I did it but I'll take it! I really didn't work out much at all. I think its moreso that I used to drink a lot of beer on the weekends and eat greasy fried bar food or diner food at like 4.30 AM. Since I cut out alcohol I instantly noticed my face debloat. And I never used to eat breakfast but now that I am, I am not starving by lunchtime and it has really helped curb my hunger. I also gave up drinking Arizona ice teas (which I love). Instead I only drink water so I think that has also helped cut out a lot of empty calories.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
