She can't reply Kelie... she's working, remember! Shipping is never free to Canada..argggg but thanks for the info. When I find my American Wedding Mule, I'll be sure to start ordering :) I am, however, sucking up the shipping and customs costs and ordering from OTC eventually. There's so many great thing on there, it would be nice to look in a catalog.

Kelie, thanks for sharing for package details. STILL not sure what I'm going to do in the end. I've been avoiding my romance calculator like the plague!

there are no good stores up here and all the canadian websites charge triple! It's ridiculous actually. I will definatly be planning a trip to your country before the wedding.

As for the invites, I'm actually not even doing any. (still haven't decided if that's tacky or not!) I sent STD out early with little reminder magnets so I figure those that want to book will. Most have already booked and to those people, I am sending out luggage tags and packing lists probaby end of August.

Agree. The only reason we are going all out on invitations is because my fiance is a graphic designer and wants to design it.

I just sent Daniela an email about my possible site visit days and the cost spreadsheet she was supposed to send me 3 weeks ago. I know this is prime wedding time but if we are going to go, I need to book flights and I feel like the prices keep going up!!

We are shooting for a July or August site visit.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
