I'm planning on 15th May 2009 but I am still waiting for the contract to come through!!

I've asked for confirmation its reserved and got no response, sent loads of emails again no response. Thing is mine will be really basic and so easy for her to arrange, its a package no extras etc so would think it would be straight forward but it doesn't seem to be lol

Should be able to book flights etc soon so i'm a tad concerned I'm not getting a response about the date. I can wait for the contract but I really need confirmation of the date so I can arrange my flights round that etc.

They are driving me up the wall lolsmile123.gif

Unfortunately you have to be patient. I know easier said than done! We have all been through this agonizing process of waiting for confirmation. When I confirmed my date a couple of months ago, May 15th 2009 was still available. If that is not so, then I HIGHLY recommend sending a couple of dates when you respond back. This helps speed the process up. You have PLENTY of time. DREAMS is not even booking rooms for 2009. GOOD LUCK!

Hey Jackie, thanks for starting this thread.

I'm getting married on Monday, May 4, 2009.

(I'd give a timeline with details, but I'm still deciding on pretty much everything! haha! I have some time still and I'm going down there for a site visit this October.... but I do have a ton of ideas so far thanks to this forum!)

Harty: When I was in communication with Daniella about certain days in May, just 2 weeks ago, May 15th was booked, so hopefully that means she is holding it for you! :-) If she has contacted you with the Q&A form already, then I'm pretty sure that means the day is reserved for you.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
