oops.gif Sorry I forgot to introduce myself before asking questions...

 

My wedding date is July 19, 2009 and I am so excited! I just received my contract from Claudia today....yippeee! I havent though about all of the details yet since I have so much time. I will post again once I have any good info. Claudia did send me a price list...I'm not sure if it is on their website. If not, does anyone want it?

CONGRATS! I got mine last week. Such a relief. We are just about a month apart.

I emailed her over the weekend and she responded that she was booked for my wedding on 4/25/09 hissyfit.gif. Thats too bad because I heard she was very affordable. I love the pictures on her website. I would like to get other quotes from photographers but so far I only have the info that Claudia Rodriguez sent me.

Does anyone have any input on the resort photographer, Juan? I got the ultimate package but I was looking to upgrade it or get an outside vendor. How about the 25 minute video that comes with the package, has anyone seen any clips of prior weddings that this person has done?

The resort photographer is not actually from the resort, they use Cancun Studios for their photography and videography in their wedding packages.
I used them for videography and I was very pleased with Mike's work.
I upgraded my package since I didn't use their photography package.

I used Claudia Rodriguez for photography. I think anyone from her team would be great!

We also used Sol Tamargo from Del Sol for a TTD, honeymoon session and she does excellent work.

No I do not know anyone who had used her. I had gotten her info from a thread about Cancun photographers here. Then I loved her website and all. Guess maybe that makes me a little daring to rely strictly on that but call me crazy! Ha!

Hey !! I seem to be way ahead of my time and I don't seem to be having any problems with Daniella getting back to me, she has already sent me my revised contract which I'm sure I'll be going through again !! Although I'm still torn between the beach and the garden area for the cocktail hr ??

Lucky you cause I have had nothing but trouble with communicating. I am not too concerned because I have already sent in my contract and my date is reserved. I have plenty of time, now.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
