I have a website bookmarked on my computer at work that has those envelopes pretty cheap. I can get it for you on Monday.

I was going to make those as well using the translucent (glassline - I think that's what they are called) envelopes with a little label that said "For your tears of joy", and just have them placed on the chairs along with my program fans.

I'm making mine out of folded cardstock. I'm using an idea I saw on Martha Stewart's website. Here are pictures of mine so far (with my raffia fans using Courtney's idea ~thanks again Courtney!!). I'm still waiting for my "for your tears of joy" stamp to arrive. I got the stamp off of e-bay for about $3. I'm just not sure how to display these tissue packets though. I may either put them on each seat with a fan, or maybe put them in a basket by the entrance. Just worried that no one will see them. I know this sounds neurotic, but I don't want to put one on each seat because my FI says that the guys won't use it and I don't want them to go to waste. Any ideas would be really appreciated! =)

I really love how your fans turned out! I can't wait to do mine. I should be getting my flowers any day now. But I still have to get ribbon. Which do you think will look better...if I attach the program to the front of the fan (I'm concerned it'll be too much going on), or should I put it on the backside of the fan?

How about every other chair??

How big are your programs? If they are small enough, maybe you can tie them to the handle. Otherwise, I think they will look good on the front of the fan.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
