we have safeway here (same as Von's) so I will look for it...I love Benihana, is that on weight watchers?

Have you tried the salad spray things? Kind of like spray butter, but spray salad dressing, very lo cal & pretty good.

 

I went 1 point over last night, I need to write down what I've used so far today, but so far so good.

hey ladies, i can start a weight watchers group where people have to be approved to be in...i need to figure out the logistics of it.

I think having to weigh in at my meetings and on the forum will keep me on track. I am doing it with a co-worker who is hoping to get married soon. We are both trying to lose 30lbs.

It would be great to post our struggles here as well as our gains.

Let us know if you figure it out. Sounds like everyone wants to weigh in on Fridays.

I think that sounds like a great idea. I also like Friday weigh-ins, before I wreck it with the bad food on the weekend!

Leigh you read my mind, I was just going to post how my first week went. I am so glad we will have another WW person on the forum. I go to my first weigh in tonight, I have eaten really well except for a little mishap with some french fries, which I now decided my non-catholic self is giving up for lent...how is everyone else doing?

I love that dressing. It's by Wishbone and called "Salad Spritzers".

I am back on too. I am making WW Chicken Enchiladas tonight 4 points for 2 enchiladas. I'll let you all know how it is.
