Picture Question

Recommended Posts

For those of you that used Michael for your wedding photos. . . .did you get any photos back before you left Jamaica or are they being sent to you? I am debating on whether or no to just go wit hthe pictures on a cd. . . but if you get the pictures before you leave the resort. . .that would be great!

I'm sure one of our newlywed ROR bride's will clarify, but from what I've heard, you meet with Michael the day after your wedding to review the pics that he has taken. You then chose what you want & he puts those on a cd. So you get what you want before you leave Jamaica. I think someone also said that he holds on to the pics he has taken for sometime & that if you ever want an additional copy of something, you can order it from him.

The important thing to find out would be if those pics on a cd come with a release & are fully printable or do they have his logo on it.

if you're talking prints yes you get those plus the cd before you leave Jamaica. I recommend bringing a hard back folder to take them back to the states. We had one print in the wrong size and the day we left they rushed into town and reprinted to make sure we had it. You get everything before you leave. Oh yeah he gives you a release there is no logo. You have permission to print and everything.

Micheal's email says that his office is located within the resort.
Off topic, I can't believe that so many of us are getting married in the same week at ROR.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
