ok cool. Good luck....I love the Biggest Loser, I wish our job would have a contest like that. Yes, I go tomorrow night. Ive been eating well all week, I just havent exercised.

Why not start one? Our company has one too and everyone chips in money to the pot. The biggest losing TEAM gets part of the money and the biggest individual winner gets the rest. I think they did teams of 3.

I officially joined WW at work. We have our own private meetings that we do during our lunch hour. I tried doing it on my own with the books but I don't think I made myself accountable enough.

I went to the ob-gyn to make sure all is well for my wedding day. As usual, for me to have anyone poking around in my privates is totally humiliating. I always feel so dirty afterwards. As I walked out I saw myself in the mirror and I thought I looked a hot mess. As I walked down the stairs, I saw this gorgeous young woman coming upstairs and I thought, "Now why can't I look like that?" "Fat" has never been a word I've used to describe myself, but in that moment I used that and much more. I know now it was just a result of my ob-gyn visit and other added feelings.

 

Don't beat yourself up. You are human. Don't try to tackle everything at once. Start small. Cant exercise for 30 minutes. Try 8 minutes. Craving chocolate? Have a little bit and move on. But keep positive and say positive things to yourself. Know you are beautiful.

hmph!!!! I am not 5'2, I'm 5'3 and 3/4's lol and the last time I weighed myself was 3 weeks ago (don't like scales) was 126 lbs....

I was about 85lbs in High School, sorry not anymore!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
