welcome to the forum!

 

we have quite a few Riviera Maya brides on here...Jackie is the moderator of that forum and has done so much research.

 

if you answer some of these questions, it could help narrow down your choices.

 

1. how many people do you think will attend?

2. kids or adults only?

3. all-inclusive or non-all inclusive?

4. your top spots (cancun, playadel carmen)

5. approx per night room rate?

6. approximate wedding budget?

Welcome,

we are getting married in the Riviera Maya also. I vacationed there last year and fell in love with it! The whole area is gorgeous! We are having our wedding at the El Dorado Royale. Hope we can help with any of your questions!

Welcome Welcome. I am getting married in the Riviera Maya too, but don't know where yet, but since I started seriously the planning thing about a 3 weeks ago, this has been my MAJOR source of info and sanity check for all the stuff I see on the web, so you have come to the RIGHT PLACE!

 

Let's share our decision making about where to do it!

 

My fiance and I moved to London, UK about 5 months ago, but most of our family and guests will be coming from Detroit and Chicago, so some similarities!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
