    I HAAAAAAAAAVE to start doing this! We have the dvd's at home. It's just so hot in our house right now with no air!

        bholthof - there is like no fat in the diet actually. I've lost 8 lbs even before I started the workout. I think the lack of carbs helps (only 1 per day for the first 30 days)

          Dang... maybe I should actually look at the diet too. But no carbs I heart carbs.

            well 1 carb a day Autumn...it was sooo hard at first...but it is easy now

              Ok, so last night was Day 2. I did Cardio X. Pretty intense, my legs and abs are a little sore, but I am scared about tonight...Arms & chest (I think) and also Abs.

                did arms and shoulders last night...not too bad Karla...abs was intense though

                  Just wait until month 3 where you have 3 carbs a day and feel like you're cheating, it's great :)

                    did you gain weight eating the 3 carbs or no kittenheart?

                    so I have yoga tonight - is it really 1 1/2 hours? and how instense is it? I'm the least flexible person known to mankind

                      I have yoga tonight too. It is kinda long, but sometimes I skip through some of the balance stuff towards the end. It is very similar to some of the power yoga classes I have taken before. I like the workout a lot. FI hates it because he has ADD.
