I am determined!!! We have a lot of plans this summer that involves wearing a bikini so I'm giving myself enough time to get in shape and look good. I did one DVD and I swear my WHOLE entire body was hurting for like 3 days. I have never felt that much pain in my butt before.
Why do you hate it? Call me crazy but I love that kind of high impact workout. But I also love P90X for the strenght training as well. I know I'll miss that when I start Insanity.

Thank you!!!! Today was day 45 for me so I'm half way through and I am loving the results. I'm losing inches but overall only 3lbs so far. If I have enough guts to I'll post my results when I'm done.

Yes it is insane!!! I haven't done another one yet because I want to focus on finishing P90X. But somedays when I'm feeling really energized I may pop in one of those DVD's.

Ok so I don't HATE Insanity, it really kicks my butt and what I hate feeling is unable to complete a workout fully. It's getting a lot better in month 2 of Insanity but I actually saw better overall results with P90X and better ab results with Insanity so now I'm doing a combo of the two and have found my perfect happy medium :)

I don't like doing ALL cardio all the time, I prefer a combo of weights and cardio.

Keep it up Angel, you are doing great!!

Thank you, you as well!!

But yeah I know what you mean. I was thinking about making a schedule that combines the P90X strength workouts and rotate the Insanity DVD's. I'll see how that turns out. That way it'll give me both.

So how is everybody else doing?

I am doing something similar! I think adding more cardio to P90X is definitely a good idea. Arms and shoulders I think is my fav too! Aside from Kenpo, Plyo & yoga :)

I've been doing P90X on and off. I'm going to be switching out most cardio days, except for Plyo, with running, since I'm training for the nyc marathon in November. I'm also getting into Bikram Yoga and seeing if it's a good fit. You gals are going to look amazing on your big day!

I totally agree with you!! I am on my 11th week... I lost 12 lbs (even with a Dominican Republic all inclusive trip a few weeks ago) and I'm seeing definition! It feels fantastic!! I love how you can see progress and reults so quickly.... it helps keep you motivated.

Don't get me wrong, it is the hardsest hour of your day... but worth it! After I finish round 1... fiancee and I are starting back up! We need to look good for our wedding on the beach!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
