I'm doing pretty good, my diet died this weekend though, holiday parties and family in town ugh!

I worked out both Saturday and Sunday, Shoulders and Arms Sat & Leg's and Back yesterday. I'm loving my break from Insanity and doing P90X. I go back to Insanity tomorrow after I finish Kenpo tonight.

Good job on starting week 5! Doesn't it feel nice to be in month 2? I remember completing the first month felt so good!

Wow you girls are doing sooo awesome! I finished off the program and ended with a clenase right before the wedding and everyone was commenting on my flat tummy! Yea for P90X :o)

Ummm that being said, I gained 8 pounds from eating like total poop and drinking like a fish on the honeymoon. Blah!

Oh well I had a blast so no regrets. The real reason for this post is that I got the P90X newletter today and it has a ski focused workout in it. I'm going snowboarding in February so I'll be starting this program after my AHR. Thought it might be helpful if any of y'all love the snow sports like I do!

That's amazing!! I'm doing Insanity right now and my second round of P90X after I finish the second month.

I'm also doing a cleanse in about a week and a half, a liver cleanse to be exact, what did you do?

I fully expect to go crazy like that on my honeymoon too, what's a vacation with out lots of drinks and lots of food! :)

I'm going to have to check out Insanity. It sounds like it is pretty good.

I just did a nutritional cleanse that I got from Jess who got it from a nutritionist. It used Isagenix and I thought it was really easy to do. B and I both did it and got some amazing results as well as we felt great. PM me your email if you want more info on it.

ugh I have totally fallen off the wagon!! I know it's an awful excuse but this past week has been crazy with work and Christmas stuff that I haven't even attempted to work out. I'm sure gained back whatever I already lost!! So it looks like Boxing Day I will start all over again. I think I am gonna hang a bikini in front of the fridge or something so I won't be tempted to eat leftover turkey instead of sweat with Tony LOL

Ahh the holidays, Tilly, don't worry, the holidays are almost over!!!

I have my BD shoot scheduled for January 10th so I'm totally freaking out. Although that's kept me motivated to keep working out through the holidays and manage not to go crazy but I'm pretty sure that's the only reason. To be honest, the holidays haven't been as fun without the normal letting go of my diet but I guess I can't complain.

Tilly the holidays will be gone before you know it and then you have a couple of months to shape up for the wedding. Enjoy your last holiday as an engaged couple!

Amy ~ don't freak out over the BD shoot! It sounds like you work your buns off. And your e-pics turned out so great that there is no doubt that your BD pics will be awesome too. Besides, my BD pics that I think I look tubby in are some of B's favorites. Crazy boys.

Oh and I just wanted to say thank goodnes for P90X and for all of the work love on the forum. We are putting together a slide show for our AHR and I can't believe how much I've changed since we got engaged a year ago. I can't post pics at work but I had put on about 20 pounds before we got engaged and then lost about 30 to get ready for the wedding. I swear the closer you get the 30 the more mother nature tries to force that double chin on you! Stupid slowing down metabolism.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
