I confess that my aunt just called and asked if she can bring her two friend to the wedding (they are traveling together and staying at a time share) and I told her I would cover the weddign fees' about $100 per person but they had to cover their 2 guest pass fees. About $160 each. Kind of bratty but I would rather have the extra $350 for TTD or BD shoot than randoms at my wedding.

this thread is amazing....

confession: I wanted to have a wedding that wasn't just the two of us (he has issues with his fam, and has no one to designate as a best man) so we decided that'd be best to just have us two go. We're getting married in november of this year, and it's saddening me that i'm dress shopping alone, and that i can't share this special moment with my family and friends!! At first I was okay, but after going through so many details, I realize that I am going to be really sad not having anyone witness our big day, not to mention I won't get to be with my best friends through it all. Sigh. That feels better to let it out!

ME TOO!!! I saw both Beyonce and Wendy Williams sporting the recently.
It will be a momentous occasion when I buy my first pair of Louboutins. I confess: since college I have asked my immediate family to combine money for my Christmas gift and get me some. (They think it's ridiculous to spend that much money on shoes.)

OMG a girl at my work just bought these last week for a party this weekend. They are AMAZING. She looked liked Barbie.
I can honestly say they are even better in real life.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
