Finally after 2 crazy weeks at work I made it back to the gym this morning.

30 minutes on the elliptical, level 2, hill

30 minute run

30 day shred, level two, and then 15 extra minutes of cardio. I'm planning to do some more cardio, some abs, and maybe some yoga tonight if I get time.
