      After getting home and staining my patio furniture, preparing and cooking dinner and watching Grey's Anatomy, I actually got myself to go up to the gym and run 2 miles. I was a bit slow today but I am still extremely sore from this week being my first week to start up again and I went to a resistance class yesterday. I have to say that I am extremely proud of myself!

        That's great!!! If that was me, I would have just went to bed or something instead of going after watching Grey's and doing all that work. GREAT JOB

              I got my Womens Health Wedding workout dvd so I'm going to try it out tonight!

                Kate- Let us know how you like the DVD, I saw that in the mag and was wondering how it was. I did 60 minutes cardio last night and some legs. I got a late start so I have to finish up legs tonight too.

                  Kate - You're going to love it!!

                  I went to the gym this morning and ran a mile then did upper body for like 30 minutes. It's been awhile since I lifted, so it felt really good.

                    I woke up this morning and did my pilates and went running!!! I'm feeling great!!! Maybe its because its Friday and probably has nothing to do with me working out...
