    WTG Girls!!!

    I ran 3 miles - 30 minutes yesterday

      Lisa, that's great!!! You are really motivating me to run my 3 miles in that time. Do you run by yourself?

        Funny you ask. I love running by myself, except when I try to leave, Dirk (my dog) FREAKS because he really wants to go too. So, I usually take him for a mile to a mile and a half, or until he poops out, then I finish the rest of the run by myself.

        I really don't like taking him because he doesn't run that well and I'm always afraid he's going to dart in front of me and make me fall....but it's sooooo sad to see him get all excited then me not take him =)

          A 10 minute mile really is do-able!! If I run the entire time, I can do a 9 min mile, so that's with walking. Just run a little...walk a little...and in no time you can totally do a 10 min mile!!

              James and I went on a 30 minute walk last night with Dirk.

              I went to my "bootcamp" class at 5:30 this a.m. You know, I was really pumped about this guy letting me come to his bootcamp class for free. WELL It's not a freakin bootcamp class afterall....it's just 30 minutes of all abs. I've been twice and that's all we've done so far =( We'll see. At least it's 30 minutes of abs I would never do on my own.

                  Hey girls, I have not been on here in a long long time, but now with less than 6 months to go to my wedding I need to be here. I got a personal trainer and I see her 1 time a week now and work out at least 2 more times, I am aiming for at least 5 times a week, so I need to be here to keep myself motivated.

                    Jules, I've been wondering where you've been! I'm in the same boat less than 6 months to go and I need to start sticking to my diet & workout schedule I've been really bad about it lately being on a couple days off a couple days, its horrible, and my pants are getting tight! That should be motivation enough!

                      Welcome back ladies! This is so my favorite thread because it totally motivates me. Plus, it's almost like a reward to be able to post here after I work out!
