    The scuplting one is great, I was sore for like 4 days after! I am going to buy the cardio party one today. I like doing the 20min workout and then the scuplting it gives you a good total body workout!

      So Jeff & I finally joined a gym together so we can get in shape before Cabo! A friend of mine at work goes to the same gym, so we are going 3-4 days a week (they're all plotted out on the calendar for the next two months) at 8am, whether we've worked the night before or not. I just worked last night, then did 1 1/2 hrs at the gym this morning and I'm beat, but it feels sooooo good to be doing something consistently. We'll see if we can keep it up!

        I have to agree, everytime I don't want to work out I think about my dress and the fact that its summer time and I need to get in shape for all of those reasons. I got up this morning and ran and worked out my upper body. I feel good.

        Did anyone else get up and exercise?

          I can't work out in the am bc I get up super early just to get to work (like 430 early.) I did go to the gym Tuesday and am going tonight and Sat.

              Ok I've been trying to excercise at night when I get off work. I haven't really been keeping track of how much I do, I just focus on arms, abs and legs. But it's something and I can't wait for the weather to start warming up so that I can start running with the dogs again.

                I did 45 minutes of turbojam cardio party this morning! Let me tell you its quite a party at 530 in the morning, lol!

                      I usually don't keep try of how long I work out. I just to make sure it's longer than 30 minutes. They say thats all you need is to get your heart rate up everyday for at least 30 minutes. So that's good at least if nothing else.
