Went to the gym this morning did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 on the stair climber and 30 minutes of circuit training and it felt great!!

Finally made it back to the gym after a couple of months - Monday I did my first Physique 57 class and yesterday did a bit of cardio/weights. Besides my sore muscles I feel great, wish I never stopped going to the gym.

Hot Yoga for one hour... Working on a 7 day stint. COMMON WEIGHT come off! lol.

definately got legs & arms working while heart is pounding trying not to get hit! can already tell i'm gonna feel it tomorrow.....
who would have thought a kid's game can get so intense?!?!?!

I haven't worked out since last Sunday! I feel so lazy!! HOPEFULLY I will get my butt on the treadmill tonight!

I spent just over an hour at the gym this morning, short 10 min run and then lots of walking lunges, pushups, bicep curls, ab workouts, etc etc.
