        Day 4. 30 Mins Treadmill. I really didn't wanna run on a Friday night, but I did! normally this is around the time I quit my exercise plan

          Day 5, level one 30 Day Shred, and will be taking the pup for a walk later, maybe a hike

                30 MINS on treadmill yesterday and today...

                 

                Day 4 and 5 of workout diet...YAY!

                    Jogged/walked for 3.1 miles on the treadmill today.

                      Today: 1 hour with my trainer (15 min on treadmill, 45 min full body workout with kettle bells) + 25 min on spin bike (8 miles)


                      Yesterday: 2 hikes! about 4-5 hours of hiking in total :)
