    Thank you! :) I'm really trying hard- I'm a teacher so I'm off during the summer, and I'm trying to use my time wisely!

      I just started working out at lunch to make life easier and burn more calories. So now I workout at lunch and after work. I would never workout in the morning.... I hit the snooze button too many times.


      Just finished my Beach Body Blast! Thanks to my lunch workouts I lost 2lbs last week! A big lose for a .5lbs a week girl.

        I have just started a couch to 5k Ipod app so I did my first one today. It feels great but my legs are super tired

          Its been a busy few weeks, but I'm back! 35 min on the elliptical and 25 min of upper body weights and abs...feels good!
