    about to start level 2 of 30 day shred
    He's the Ying to my Yang...the Peanut Butter to my Jelly....the Oreo to my Milk...the Cheese on my Pizza...the i to my Phone...the Cream in my Coffee...the Jiggle to my Jell-O...the Star in my Sky...He's my BFF & I married him on 09.25.2010

      Did my second 30 minute work out of the day on the ellipitcal.

        Just got home from Zumba class, first one, starting twice weekly classes...plan to add to my "regular" routine of at least 3 days a week.

            Just back from the gym - ran for 35 minutes, felt great!!

                1 hr step class and 40 mins cutting the grass. My legs are killing me from yesterday's weights!

                  Everyone doing the 30-day shred . . .how is it working for you?
                  I got mine in the mail and haven't had a chance to try it yet but have heard great reviews!!
                  I'm currently playing squash and attending boot camp 2x a week so come the weekends I just want to work on the usual house "chores".
                  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

                    I will be doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and then a workout dvd. It was going to be the 30 day Shred or Yoga by Jillian Michaels, but I am too sore from yesterday's kettleball workout. Maybe a cardio Turbo Jam workout for 30 minutes.

                    30 day shred is a great work out! You will love it!

                      I ran for 30 minutes, did the elyptical for 30 minutes, and the bike for 15 minutes. I'm pooped!!!
