    Jogged/walked for 2.2 miles on the treadmill with various incline.

        Yes! I think this is the first time I worked out and it wasn't 8pm!

        I did a class called H30 Beach Body Blast. It is a 30 minute cardio/toning class.

          going to Memorial Park after work to walk/jog 3 miles.

          I lost 2lbs last week!

              Will be off to the gym after dinner tonight - at least 60 mins on the treadmill.

                Worked smaller muscle groups (Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders) followed by 30-minute walk on the treadmill.

                  Just finished my first 30 minute Zumba class. SOOO much fun! I will probably do 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight.

                  Only 3lbs away from my wedding dress being able to zipper up!

                    I'm off to "PUMP", Goodlifefitness class. Went to the doctor today and was not happy with my weight. 132lb on a 5'2" frame! My goal is 125. Has been for the last well... year. I have 7 months to get to it!
