      Strength Training - Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders followed by 30-minute walk/jog on treadmill with incline.

        Congrats on all those inches lost!

        Last night, 60 minutes on treadmill, walking and jogging.

        Tonight will most likely be the treadmill again but I have to start strength training so maybe a DVD or wii game to start toning those muscles.

            2 mile run and kettlebell tonight - woo hoo - 7 months til my big day

              P90X - arms and shoulders, running late this morning so I will have to do the ab ripper when I get home tonight

                      1hr on treadmill; half walk, half jog. I also did a few arm and shoulder strength training exercises.
