Yes, 45 mins on the stepper! Trying to get motivated to do my leg machine next . . .

My daily (well 6 days a week) 30 mins cardio, and then 45min weight training. Started this new routine about 5 weeks ago and have noticed huge strength/toning improvements so far. I actually LOVE going to the gym now. Who knew it would be addictive! I guess it helps that being in the Army I get paid to workout.
