    OK only got in 20 mins as I had to go to see my shoulder doctor! I did though go on the level 5 weightloss, it was really hard but I burned 80 calories in 0 mins :)

      40mins on the treadmill, incline 5 speed 5.3 and a bunch of crunches!

        Just got back from the gym 20 minutes on the treadmill @ an incline of 15 with a speed 3.7...10 mins on the bike @ lever 7, then 1 hr 30 mins weight training with the FI...to say the least, Im ready for bed!!
        He's the Ying to my Yang...the Peanut Butter to my Jelly....the Oreo to my Milk...the Cheese on my Pizza...the i to my Phone...the Cream in my Coffee...the Jiggle to my Jell-O...the Star in my Sky...He's my BFF & I married him on 09.25.2010

                Quick workout...only had 30 mins but was able to work up a great sweat anyway. 20 mins on the stairmaster and 10 minutes on the eliptical.

                  30 minute interval run and weight training circuits with my trainer for 1 hour and 15...good workout today! Tomorrow night is my first Bridal shower so needed a good calorie burn today!
