    I need to get my butt in gear. 5 months to go until the wedding and the dress comes in in 2 weeks.

      wow, some of these workouts you ladies are doing sound really interesting!

      last night I did 20min sprints on the elliptical level 5 and a bunch of crunches. My FI is on a super restrictive diet for a few weeks for medical reasons....it's got both of us eating SUPER healthy....something I hope we continue with once he's able to go off the diet!

        A leg only eliptical as I have a shoulder inpingment for 30 mins prior to work - lost 285 cals....

            I was feeling soooooo lazy today, but still dragged my butt to moksha yoga for a 75 min class -- so glad I did!

              Did 40 minutes of the hill setting on the elliptical then weights last night.

              But today...

              Thanks everyone! I was just complaining about having to go to the gym (which is 3 minutes away). Now, I am a little more motivated to go.

              Going to do the leg-only elliptical at high incline to get the glutes!

              Trainer tomorrow!

                  40 min brisk walk/jog this afternoon..

                  Then after dinner.. I "attempted" another walk but with my 11 yr. old english springer spaniel.... you would think it would be hard to work up a sweat with a senior dog, right? WRONG!
                  He dragged me, lol

                      1 hour cardio circuit with my trainer last night...a "rest" day which means I'll do a P90x cardio workout later.
