    started marathon training today... 30 mins of walk/run!

        On my way to kickboxing class. I was sick last week, so I took the week off. Sure to have my butt kicked this morning! :)

          YAY! I can FINALLY post YES on here! I haven't worked out since the beginning of March before we bought our new house. Before I would never post because I always worked out at night and told myself once I work out I'll post but never did.

          Ha, long story short, 25 minute walk during lunch with 15lbs of produce (split in half so 1 bag on each side).

              1/2 interval run and one hour "burn" weights session with my personal trainer!

                    did the elliptical last night for half an hour, burned 265 cal's. had it at a high incline and high resistance.
                    didnt even hurt my lower back!
                    And, I can touch my toes again!!!
                    (was in a minor car accident which gave me the WORSE wiplash and caused lower back injury)
                    but I am sloooowly back in it! And I am watching what I eat better.
