    Yep! Power yoga this AM, and the 30 day shred plus 30 mins on the elliptical tonight. One month left, I've been doing really well with exercise in general but now I'm really trying to get in gear.

          Now that's some exercise that must have been worth doing!

          30 day shred again today, plus extra arms/legs/abs afterwards. Bleh... it makes me feel so great afterwards but it's hard to make myself do it sometimes.
