              i had all good intentions and even bought some weights this morning but it never happened :-( will run tomorrow.

                35 mins on the elliptical and a bunch of crunches....good way to kill a saturday afternoon!

                    yup, Jackie Warner power circuit total body training for 45 mins and then 4 miles on the treadmill, I now have to increase the amount of work out that I do to see any weight loss.

                      No I suck Ugggh...reading this helped though. I'm at the EXACT half way mark (3 months down and 3 to go) so I am sort of taking the weekend off...bad I know.
