          week 2 day 1 of Couch to 5K... today one of my colleagues (who doesn't know I'm getting married) said "You look like you're slimming down!"

                200 squat challenge, week 4 (153 total)
                210 crunches
                30 Day Shred, level 1 (moving to level 2 tomorrow...)

                  Week 4, Day 4 of C25K (I decided to repeat week 4, but I added two minutes to the last run interval = 18 minutes run total plus 14 minutes of walking)

                      Just finish an hour & 15 mins with my personal trainer. Working so hard but results are coming slowwwllyy.
                      2 months 2 weeks to go!
