        Yesterday was my rest day so I limited myself to a half hour walk with the dog.

        Tonight is Week 4, Day 1 of Couch to 5k....the longest run yet for me! Plus a half hour of upper body weights only + abs

                  30 mins powerflex class and then the cross trainer and pool. I'm exhausted.

                    200 squats, week 2, day 1

                      I did!! 4 miles in 30 min whoohoo!!!! Okay so I have a serious question ladies! Has anyone ever tried slendertone abs stimulator (i thnk thats what its called) I woke up at like three in the morning to an infomercial and I was like this is AWESOME... and I woke my FI up to show him and he was like seriously? it's a gimic! Soo I'm just wondering if anyone tried it because I really wanna get one now!
