      Hitting the pool today for an 45min swim....going to try to swim at least 1km with sprint intervals. I'm signing up for a mini-triathlon at the end of May so I need to start training!

        I did the P90x Cardio video yesterday and JM 30 Day Shred today. My body hates me!!!!

          Went to Step Aerobics + ABS class at lunch today. Yay!

              Thanks Poohshek! I ended up completing 1250m (1.25km) in the 45 minutes. I haven't swam seriously in over 2 years, so I felt great when I was done!

              Tonight I doing a 60 min spin class!

                    Yesterday - Half hour run, and 1 hr of weights, plus I took the dog for a brisk walk since it wasn't too cold last night.

                    Today - 1 hour spin class this morning

                      6 a.m. personal training yesterday. It has been a rough week getting back into the regular workout routine. On top of that, my body fat % has spiked up from eating bad. Need to get back on track!
