    Did a 50 min spin class last night; going to the hit the treadmill tonight for Week 1, Day 2 of Couch to 5k (C25K) plus some core work.

        60 minute Step & Sculpt class at the gym, then 30 minute sculpt DVD that came with my WAVE by the Firm. Does anyone have one of those? I was suckered in by the infomercial, but so far it seems like a good workout.

                So I decided to start training for a marathon, using this running schedule: Marathon Training Schedule: Novice

                Just finished week 2 with a 7 mile run today! Although it was more of a walk/jog/run ;-)

                  Yesterday I did a 50 min spin class and 30 min of weight lifting. Today an hour of yoga and 30 min walk/run

                    went to a brutal spin class ( only because i set the bike resistance too hard ) yesterday. I played around with it once i realized it was too hard but then since the class started I did not want to waste precious time playing further with my bike so I just let it be. I survived the class and I kinda glad I challenged myself. Today I am going back for another spin class but this one is longer- 75 mins vs 45 so i will make sure my bike is challenging but not crazy hard. Can't wait for class...got to go.
