        Cardio & Rowing tonight.

        Although I didn't feel I pushed myself as much as I should have because the gym was so bloody hot tonight...

          Did Jillian Michaels online program this morning. Went to see my family this weekend and ate sooooo bad!!! Back on track today!!

              Jillian Michaels this morning. Was dragging, but feel so much better. I just need to keep remembering how good I feel after I work out!!!
