    Thanks Seaprincess! If I hit my goal I may consider doing a boudoir photo shoot.
    Thanks! I did make up for it today - did an hour of Bodypump and a bit of cardio this morning!

    Poohshek - Great job still working with your trainer post-wedding! Most girls fall right off the wagon, but your doing great!

      30-minute "Total Body Blast" followed by 15-minute ABS at lunch today.

        Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 1 last night (its my fave!)

        Level 1 and level 2 tonight! AND ab ripper x!

          That's a great goal to work towards! I did one before my wedding, and although it is a gift for the DH, it is more a gift to yourself. When we've had a few kids, I'm going to have that book to look back on and remember what I looked like right before my wedding. I highly recommend it! Very empowering! Although with all the training you are doing, I'm sure you are in fine form for a photoshoot now without even meeting your goal!

              I ran 8 miles this morning. :)
              I signed up to run a 1/2 marathon, so I'm training for it right now......figured it would be a great way to stay in shape.

                Did spin class for 45, then reluctantly went into an ab class and a tone/sculpt class. Was glad I sucked it up and did it. About to start trainging for a sprint triathlon..hopefully that will keep me going for a few months

                  How is her online program? I checked it out, up until I got to the $4 a week. Is it worth it? Do you find it's a good resource?
