I just bought some dance workout dvds that were on sale for the days that I can't get to the gym. So I did one on the 31st...still can't fully straighten my calves!!! Must exercise more!!!!

i did my jillian michaels workout and started counting calories.

Planned to go to yoga, but grocery shopping took longer than anticipated...good thing it has been snowing non stop since NYE so I have been shoveling every day for at least a half an hour, plus deep cleaning my house post-holiday! I may not have made it to the gym today, but I am still staying active!

30 min of shoveling and 30 min of calisthenics at home - squats, lunges, plies, calf raises, push-ups, crunches, leg lifts and planks.
About a month ago I stopped using my husband working late and having the car as an excuse not to workout...either calisthenics/plyo or yoga at home on these days! I'm thinking of grabbing the 30-day shred DVD to rotate in on the off gym days...anyone on here tried it?

I love the 30 day shred. I typically do the Jillian Michaels online program, but use the 30 day shred or the Biggest Loser Cardio Max on my cardio days. I have a much easier time working out at home than dragging myself to the gym especially after the holidays when EVERYONE is there! Did my online JM program today and threw in some extra push ups to start firming my arms up.

30-minute "Total Body Blast" and 15-minute ABS at lunch today. Glad to get back on track in 2010!!!

did my jillian michaels online program today.... My friend shared his motto for 2010 with me and I think I am going to adopt it! "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" haha

I like that! Good motto!! I did spinning for an hour and hopefully will get to lift some weights tonight. Was very bad over the holidays and need to get back on track.
