    Rest days on both Saturday and Sunday. Went to 30-minute “Total Body Blast” and 15-minute ABS at lunch. Need to crank up my workout routine since the big day is approaching!!!

      Okay so update:

      Saturday: I was successful in getting my FI into the gym and we had a good workout. I did my legs and he did chest (typical guy).
      Sunday: I did my shoulder/tricep workout and 35 minutes of treadmill running. I also got my calves in.
      Monday: Rest day. Back to the grind tomorrow.

        Went to 6 a.m. boot camp this morning. Two more sessions to go!!!

          Sunday - an hour of yoga
          Monday - Rest
          Today - an hour of spin followed by bi's, tri's, chest, back and abs

            Hopefully this thread gives me some motivation....I am probably the only bride who gets lazy right before her wedding!

              So today is Tuesday so I did my legs, abs, and 35 minutes of cardio...AT 9:30 AM!!! Not overly early like Pooshek's 6 am boot camp, but a far cry from my usual twilight workouts at 10 pm. Now I can relax for once after work instead of rushing to the gym before closing time. Tomorrow is chest/bi day, so we'll see how early I wake up for that.

                      For Wednesday, October 29, 2009, I got in my chest/biceps workout and 35 minutes cardio and some calf workouts...and then started coming down with the flu Tomorrow is a rest day fortunately so I will be drinking lots of fluids.
