Saturday: I was successful in getting my FI into the gym and we had a good workout. I did my legs and he did chest (typical guy).
Sunday: I did my shoulder/tricep workout and 35 minutes of treadmill running. I also got my calves in.
Monday: Rest day. Back to the grind tomorrow.

Today - an hour of spin followed by bi's, tri's, chest, back and abs
