    So sore....!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    but still ran 3 miles (the longest I've ever ran without stopping) and did pushups/situps/ and a little quad exercise on the precor.

        Did the Proellixe yesterday, and am going this afternoon too. Got up and did the Wii Active this morning. Its working my glutes were killing me yesterday!!!LOL

          Hey Everyone...new to this! I did interval training on the treadmill today for 25 minutes. It's the best way to get a cardio workout quickly. Run at 6 mph for 2 minutes then sprint at 10 mph for 1 minute...repeat 8 times and there you have a quick, high calorie, and time efficient workout! I'm going back to the gym after work to work Chest and Triceps and some abs. HAPPY WORKOUTS!

              Jumped on the treadmill for 30-second sprints for 10 minutes before 45-minute Total Body Pump at lunch.

                Went to my Proellixe appointment this afternoon and did a quick swim, but the water was chilly.....

                    ran a mile, did 10 min of stair climber thing, lifted a few weights, did pushups/situps on ball, ran another mile to finish

                      I have gained 4 lbs after eating bad last week so I really need to buckle down before going on vacation this Friday.

                      Did 30-second sprints for 10 minutes before going to 30-minute Total Body Blast and 15-minute ABS at lunch.
