    I have fallen off the wagon.. have been lazy since saturday. skipped out on my am cycling..

      So yesterday I played badminton, and swam. Today I spent 2 hours moving at full steam.... I worked up a sweat so I'm counting that!!!!

          Sure did- P90x Plyometrics this morning... now off to work for more running around :)

            Just did the Wii active -30 mins, and I'm off to spend all day moving!

              Moving itself is a hefty workout! Just mind your back and don't pull a muscle!

                Did circuit training after work and hit ABS.
                Jogged 3 miles this morning. Feeling good!

                  Yesterday, ran one mile and then did KICK - so hard!!!! and so sore right now

                  Today, ran mile half and then did CORE class and a little weights after

                    Jumped on the treadmill for 30-second sprints for 10 minutes before 30-minute Step Aerobics and 15-minute ABS.
